Compiled for the Board of Agriculture, in 1807, a General Report on Inclosures . Appointed by the Emperor Alexander, 1805, to draw up an agricultural Survey of the Government of Moscow.
Soon after the peace with Russia published (1810) a declaration in the newspapers saying that he had purchased lands in the Crimea , 'where no tax gatherer' was seen, and inviting his countrymen to emigrate there with him.
Married, July 2, 1799, Miss - Griffiths.
Author, Survey of the Agriculture of Sussex . Died Sept. 1827, of quinsy, in Russia .
