Mansfield (B.A., Oxfordshire .), whom he accompanied on the voyage, etc. Represented the Daily News at the coronation of Tsar Alexander III at Moscow in 1883. For some time managed two theatres at Manchester. Designed more than 5000 costumes for the English stage. Author of many comedy dramas, light operas, burlesques, etc. Resided latterly in America . Died Aug. 31, 1895, in New York. Brother of Frederick (1857) and Vincent T. (1847).
