Married (1) Nov. 30, 1809, Mary Andalusia ( ob. s.p. 1814), 2nd dau. of Lieut.-Gen. Samuel Trevor Dickens; (2) Mar. 26, 1816, Ann Sophia, 2nd dau. of William Tatnall, of Leiston Old Abbey, Suffolk , and had issue, two daughters.
Died July 3, 1832 at Auteuil, near Paris.
Succeeded by his brother William (1816).
