Cook's Billiards, and Cassell's Dictionary of Cookery. Author, Common Sense Cooking; Cassell's Popular Cookery; etc. His brother John O. (1856) said 'Bossard, the College cook, I think, started him in his culinary tastes, so that among other things, he was afterwards, I believe, the Editor of Cassell's Dictionary of Cookery.'
