Married (1) Jan. 9, 1826, Emily, dau. of John Thomas (De Burgh), 13th Earl of Clanricarde, and had issue; (2) Feb. 27, 1851, Henrietta Elizabeth Digby, dau. of Peter Barfoot, of Midlington House, Hants., and Landenstown, Co. Kildare. Died Feb. 4, 1874, 'somewhat suddenly,' in the south of France.
