Migrated to Trinity Hall, Apr. 22, 1811; B.A. 1814; M.A. 1817. Ord. deacon (Bristol) May 25, 1816. Preached at Alnwick and in other towns in Northumberland. Married a dau. of C. Hay, Esq., of Lesbury; marriage brought him much wealth, which he spent largely on charity. Author, medical. Died Feb. 26, 1842, aged 80, at Lesbury House, near Alnwick. (G.
