matriculated (age 18) from Oriel College, Oxford, December 17, 1744; B.A.
(Oxford) 1748. He was R. of Winterbourne-Zelstone, and of Pimperne, Dorset,
1800-6; died Mar. 11, 1806. His son James, with whom he is frequently
confused, matriculated (aged 18) from Trinity College, Oxford, December 16,
1778; succeeded his father as Bart. and as Rector of Winterbourne-Zelstone,
1806; Priest of the Collegiate Church of Wimborne. Died Apr. 2, 1849. (Al.
