[At the County Midsummer Sessions, Mr Agar and Mr O'Meara, Fellow Commoners, who stood indicted for an assault on Thomas Fletcher, printer, at a public coffee house in Cambridge on Mar. 18, 1771, moved by their Counsel to stay proceedings, alleging that the University ought to have sole conusance of the case.
