A director of the London Guarantee and Accident Co., and of the Phoenix Assurance Co. Married, 1892, Amy Constance Parbury, 3rd dau. of G. W. Parbury, of Ifield, Crawley, and had issue. Registrar of Charterhouse, 1910-38. Died May 2, 1941, at Holmwood, Surrey ; buried at Coldharbour, near Dorking.
