Married (1) July 1, 1809, Elizabeth, only dau. of Thomas Welman, of Poundsford Park, Somerset; (2) May 13, 1817, Elizabeth, dau. of the Hon. Sir George Grey, 1st Bart., and had issue, one son; (3) June 29, 1820, Arabella, 2nd dau. of Sir James Hamlyn Williams, Bart., of Clovelly; (4) July 25, 1833, Frances, dau. of Robert, 3rd Earl of Roden.
