Died, s.p., Jan. 29, 1910.
The publication of his will disclosed that in 1873 he had married his servant, Hannah Cullwick; owing to her refusal to leave her station, the marriage was kept secret from all save a few friends.
Bequeathed many books to Trinity College and, the British Museum refusing them, also two filled deed-boxes, on condition that they were not to be opened before Jan. 1, 1950.
When this was done they were found to contain poems by Munby, photographs and diaries.
