to cruise in the
Mediterranean with a free pass from the Bey of Algiers, 1830. Elder Brother of

Public Works Loan Commissioner. Assumed, by Royal licence, the additional
surname of Milner, Feb. 7,
1839, in order to testify his respect for the memory of Robert Milner, of
Ipswich. Married, Feb. 23,
1832, Arethusa Susanna, dau. of the Rev. Sir Thomas Gery Cullum, Bart., of
Hardwick House, Bury St
Edmunds. Died Feb. 25, 1884, on board his yacht at Algiers. Buried at Theberton.
