Died Apr. 19, 1659, aged 52 ( sic. ). If his age as given by Munk is correct, he must have matriculated at the age of seven, which seems hardly possible. According to Yorks. Genealogist (I. 102-3) Theodore, s. of John, M.D. was a student of Pembroke College, Cambridge-'his father's University.' By the same authority John Bathurst, M.D., is stated to be a native of Yorks.
