Became a Roman Catholic, 1850; joined the Redemptorist Order. Studied at Wittem, Holland, 1851-6; ord. priest, Aug. 4, 1856. Conducted missions in various parts of England and Ireland. Founded the Confraternity of the Holy Family at Limerick, when rector there, 1868. Author, theological, historical, etc. Died Feb. 17, 1899.
