1425-6. Bishop of Norwich, 1426. Keeper of the Privy Seal.
Bishop of Lincoln, 1436-49. Took part in the foundation of
Eton and of King's College. His architectural taste is shown
by the part he took in the building of the Schools at Cambridge,
the Cathedral of Norwich, the 'Alnwick tower' at
the Lincoln palace, etc. Died Dec. 5, 1449. Buried at Lincoln.
